Why is there a delivery charge?
- The delivery costs cover all the logistics involved in delivering your flowers/plants on time. We work with an external partner who will deliver your flowers/plants quickly and safely!
- The price charged is the price charged to us by our service provider. No profit is made on this.
- When you order a bouquet on Daily Flowers, the price of your bouquet is the one ordered from the florist. If delivery were included in the price, you would receive a smaller bouquet and this pricing policy does not correspond to our policy of price transparency.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from us. There you will find a tracking code with which you can follow your order exactly on the website of the carrier you have chosen.
Other important information:
The delivery costs for our bouquets of flowers are €9.90.
The plants are delivered anywhere in Belgium within 3 to 5 working days. The price of delivery varies according to the place of dispatch.
Did you enter a wrong delivery address?
Send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible or contact us on 02 307 53 02. In some cases we can still adjust the address before it is processed. However, keep in mind that we have fast order processing and this is not always possible. We therefore invite you to check your delivery address carefully before proceeding to payment.
If the modification takes place when the order is already being delivered. You will be asked for an amount of €8.5 excluding VAT for the modification of your race.
Modify or cancel your order?
As we have a fast delivery process, it may happen that the order has already been processed by the sender. Once the order has been processed, we cannot guarantee the modification of your order. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
